Social anxiety is more than just shyness or a lack of self-esteem. Social anxiety disorder also known as social phobia, is a type of anxiety disorder that causes extreme fear in social settings. Do you struggle with social anxiety? Do you find it frustrating to watch your peers build relationships with ease while you struggled just to make a connection at all? Just as with any mental illness, social anxiety affects everyone differently. In this video, we're going to talk about some of the things only people with social anxiety would understand to help you feel less alone!
