Lucid dreaming is when we become aware while in a dream. It allows you to control what you experience, see, and do in your dream. However, just because you can do anything in a lucid dream, there are a few things you should never do while lucid dreaming. In this video, we will be diving deep into the things you should avoid doing in your lucid dreams.

Disclaimer: We would like to clarify that we do not imply that lucid dreaming is dangerous or bad for you. You are physically safe while lucid dreaming. However, the things that we mentioned in this video are things that we recommend you should avoid because it might wake you up or turn your lucid dream into a bad experience.
