5 Signs You're Emotionally Immature

Emotional immaturity is when one's behavior that clings onto childish behavior when their physical age is well past their emotional age. Someone emotionally immature will find it hard to effectively communicate or process their emotions and can often appear selfish or aloof. Wondering if you're emotionally immature? Emotional maturity takes time and it is normal to be at different stages from time to time. In order to become more emotionally mature, we need to be aware of our behaviors and why we do the things we do. So, we've created this video to help you identify whether you might have certain behaviors to note so that you can become a better version of yourself.

These are simply guidelines and patterns to watch out for, but they are not meant to guarantee anything. We are all human and are all let emotions get the best of us from time to time. If you find that a number of these signs pertain to you, don’t worry: you’re not flawed, and you’re definitely all alone. You just might be in a different stage of the growth process, and that is completely okay!
