We decided to try something new and do a series on #selfcare. If you are someone who's constantly overwhelmed, then this video is for you. Emotional health is an important part of overall health. It means you are aware of your emotions. You can deal with them, whether they are positive or negative. Emotionally healthy people still feel stress, anger, and sadness.
