Someone who is depressed may try to isolate themselves or over-exercise themselves to get their minds out of negativity. Though depression is often an indicator of someone who's likely to self-harm, it is not always the case. Someone without depression may still self-harm. This video helps us recognize 5 ways that someone could be self-harming.
