Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, is a mental disorder that affects the individual’s ability to focus.Even adults can show signs of ADHD. We will dive into the symptoms and signs of ADHD, which affects roughly 8% of children and 2% of adults, according to the American Psychiatric Association (What Is ADHD?, 2018).
