What is gratitude?

Gratitude is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. Gratitude is another form of appreciation.

Psychology says gratitude can help us overcome depression, feel more thankful for losses. In this video, we cover an exercise to cultivate gratitude.

Living with depression and its many side effects is not easy but there are things you can do to improve the quality of your life for a brighter tomorrow.
