What does envy mean? As an emotion that enables survival of the species, envy is related to competition and social comparison between yourself and others that are a part of your self-evaluation. Envy is not often talked about. Some may even consider envy to be one of the 7 deadly sins. Can envy be good for you? How do you feel envy in a healthy way so that envy can help you? In this video, we interview a professor of psychology, David Ludden, what envy is and how we can use it to help us.
