While Camille is on vacation on the Opal Coast, she meets Paul, whose wife has disappeared under strange circumstances. She shares her doubts with Niémans who immediately joins her on the spot. Niémans came to this village during his childhood, with his brother and his mother. While painful memories seem to come to the surface, Niémans and Camille witness a fatal accident that does not seem to be a coincidence.
