Sacha, 20, escapes from the psychiatric hospital where she was locked up and hides in an isolated house. From the first evening, she is the victim of a terrible hallucination: she has the vision of the body of a bloodied woman at the bottom of the stairs. Has the house been the scene of an atrocious drama or is Sacha taken over by his bouts of dementia? What is the link between the murder of a woman not far from there and the presence in the region of this very disturbed young woman?
