Mia receives private lessons in Mensendick from 60-year-old Jønne, and she promises to feed his fish while he is out traveling. Casper believes he has white house potential, as 95% of everything he says is true. Frank is more skeptical, and before long, two girls from the Eastern Bloc, Jønne's jacuzzi, a drowned flower bed and a mad Iben are involved in stupid intricacies that can cast doubt on Casper's white house potential.
