Un couple presque parfait
On Saturday, February 26, 2005, Ludovic Chabé discovered his dead wife on the tiled floor of the living room, a scarf tight around her neck. The house was locked from the inside; there was no break-in. There are some traces of blood near Françoise's head and her face is swollen. The criminal hypothesis does not appear until two days later, when the autopsy determines that Françoise Chabé died of asphyxiation. She was strangled with her scarf. But when and who? The gendarmes first suspect a colleague of the victim, with whom she had had an affair, then very quickly the husband. Two men, two motives. But eight years after Françoise's death, only one is found in the dock.
