Belgique, Pays-Bas : les nouvelles mafias de la cocaïne
En quelques années, les Pays-Bas et la Belgique sont devenus les plaques tournantes du trafic de drogue en Europe. Près de 80 % de la cocaïne consommée sur le continent transite par les ports de Rotterdam et d’Anvers. Ce « marché » a entraîné l’émergence d’une nouvelle organisation criminelle : la « mocromafia », essentiellement composée de Hollandais d’origine marocaine.
À l‘origine, leurs filières servaient à acheminer le haschich du Maroc jusqu’aux Pays-Bas. Désormais, ils les utilisent aussi pour la cocaïne, avec des rendements bien plus rémunérateurs que les produits à base de cannabis. Et même les cartels d’Amérique latine, dont la production de stupéfiants ne cesse d’augmenter, se sont mêlés aux trafics.
Résultat, la « mocromafia » est devenue l’une des mafias les plus riches du monde. Rien qu’à Anvers, on estime que ce trafic représenterait cinquante milliards d’euros, ce qui représente 10 % du budget total de l’État belge.

Even Polish education is seen embracing militarization trends with over 30,000 students attending uniform classes where they receive military training using real weapons.
