Two weeks ago, a 7.0 earthquake devastated the country of Haiti. Early estimates suggest that the earthquake killed 200,000 people and left 1.5 million homeless. Victims are still in need of food, water, shelter, medical supplies and attention, clothing, shoes, sleeping bags and tents. Communications and power are down, there are unclaimed bodies being burned in the streets, there are many homeless orphans and the situation is growing more desperate. Relief is starting to come in, but the country is far from stable.
