Laurence libère Maxime mais il ne doit pas reprendre ses activités avec le MLO. Alex et Chloé décident de le priver de sortie, d'internet et de téléphone pour le punir. Mais Maxime réussit à se procurer un téléphone grâce à Bart qui lui ne souhaite plus continuer leurs actions. Anna vient voir Maxime, elle espère avoir les réponses qu'elle n'a pas pu obtenir dans l'ordinateur. Mais celui-ci l'envoie balader en l'accusant de n'être qu'une fouille merde, responsable de la mort de son ami. Chloé a découvert le portable que Bart a donné à Maxime, ce dernier accuse Anna de lui avoir fourni. Chloé en veut à sa soeur et se dispute violemment avec elle.
