La semaine verte (translation "The green week") presents weekly documentaries, portraits and current affairs in the fields of: Agriculture, food, forestry, fisheries, wildlife and environmental management. It closely follows the latest news from the rural world, but is equally aimed at an urban clientele increasingly interested in the quality of what we eat, in safeguarding the environment and in managing our renewable resources.

Produced in Quebec, La semaine verte benefits from collaborators scattered throughout Quebec and Canada. It is the best regional showcase offered on the Radio-Canada network.
