Episode 5

In Picardie in northern France, Ithaca and Alex start to prepare for their annual fundraising brocante and flower fair. However, despite meticulous planning, the rain threatens boggy ground and a total washout. Tim and Margeeth try to turn an old stable into a cheese and wine-tasting venue and must learn some new skills along the way. New owners Alison and Zion make a start on repairs to their long-abandoned 19th-century château, but even with an 18-metre cherry picker, some jobs prove too tricky.
