Expect more Love, Death, and Robots in the future, as Netflix has renewed the popular animated anthology series for Volume 4. We don’t know much at all about the upcoming season, as the announcement only came with a five-second video that essentially only confirmed Volume 4, or, “Volume F***!”, as spelled in the clip.

We don’t have a release window for Volume 4 yet, but this series tends to turnover new seasons pretty quickly. Volume 1 launched in 2019, and Volume 2 and 3 came in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
Love, Death, and Robots is an anthology series on Netflix, in which each episode portrays an entirely unique — and usually ultra-violent — take on the show’s three titular themes. Volume 3 just debuted back in May, and we called the third season “okay” in our review, saying, “Love, Death and Robots Vol. 3 is the least accessible of the three seasons, especially if you aren’t interested in an overabundance of gory violence.”
The season did feature Fincher’s directorial debut for the series, in an episode that also starred voice actor Troy Baker.
